Here's the house we're buying. Sorry the picture is in black and white. I scanned it from the inspection report. It really looks good in color. When we get moved I'll post some colored pictures of it.It needs some work done on it over time. It only has 1 bathroom, but there is a place to put a 2nd one downstairs. We'd like to put Central Air in but not necessarily anytime soon. We need to repaint most of the rooms too.
I have a few other small projects that we can do over time. we plan to move in on the 20th.

Hurray!! Someone's plans are at least moving forward. I think the home is so cute. Hopefully the move in goes smoothly. Make sure Andrew and William do all the heavy lifting.
