We bought 40 lbs of chicken for 60 bucks. We bought our pressure cooker last December and we finally put it to some use. I must admit the chicken looks nasty, but I have tried canned chicken and its pretty good!It reminds me though of a Biology room in Highschool where one teacher has cans and cans of who knows what on display.
Anyways, I think we had success and now we have tons of chicken to live off of.
